Precision One’s Build Process utilizes an incremental (10) step production volume ramp up before releasing product to full production using statistical process control to verify Geometric Dimensioning, and Tolerancing (GD&T) while also
conducting grain weight verification to +/- .1 grain of powder.
Our inspection process utilizes both in-process machine Poka-Yoke and visual inspections performed by operators. By separating the priming, loading, and packing operations from the main production line we have implemented inspection and verification processes at each phase, ensuring thatonly qualifying materials enter the downstream operation, where non- confirming materials can be removed.
We utilize visual and dimensional checks before acceptance using statistical process control. Non-Conforming material never enters manufacturing stream.
