I ordered 250 rounds of 300 bo 130 grain hp in March of 2020 and the price was $119.99 now it’s $158.99. That’s a big jump in price in just under 3 months. At the same time the same round in 20 round boxes was $9.99 and now they are $13.99. These are some of the best rounds for the 300 bo that I’ve used but at this rate of inflation I can’t afford them.

This is my 2nd batch of this ammo. I bought the first one a year ago through a reseller. Went out to the range today to check zero and was happy to see that the new batch shoots the same as the previous one. Produced an about 1.5″ group at 100 yds. and a 2.5″x1″ at 200, from a bipod and a rear squeeze bag. Most likely the ammo itself can shoot better, but the haze made it impossible for me to see the 1″ red circle in the center of a 12″ black target at 200, so I had to guesstimate where the center was using a mil-dot reticle. Add to that a lower with a very basic 1-stage trigger. That’s all said to show that shooter error most likely caused the groups to open up.

Did a little ballistics test on theses 130 gr hollow points, 18” of penetration and great expansion @ 10 yds out of a 300 blackout AR PISTOL 10.5” barrel. Unsuppressed! Lost 2 copper petals, but bullet remained intact. Outstanding!

According to the tracking info, it has been sitting at the sorting facility around the corner from my house for several days now, and apparently all I can do is wait.
